Appointment Information

  • Length of Sessions

Session length is 60 minutes, however if you prefer longer sessions I can accommodate this and it will be charged pro-rata from the fees listed.

  • Rescheduling & Cancelling

You can reschedule or cancel up until 24 hours before the appointment without any fees, however if you cancel within the 24 hours leading up to the appointment you’ll be charged 50%. Failing to attend the appointment without any notice will incur the full fee.

  • Payment

You can pay by direct debit, cash, by card in person or through funding. For online appointments, payment can be processed by Halaxy or via invoice.

  • Booking Process

Book online via Halaxy, once the appointment has been approved you will receive an email confirmation. If this is your first appointment, an intake form will be sent via the portal by email which you will need to complete prior to your first session.

  • Concession Appointments

Concession appointments are for low-income only, this can be demonstrated through having a low-income healthcare card, pensioner card etc. Appointments are $150, with a $87.25 Medicare rebate, so are $62.75 out of pocket.

  • Financial Hardship Appointments

There is a limited number of financial hardship appointments that I can offer. These are assessed on a case-by-case basis – please email me regarding your circumstances (eg. low-income single parent, undocumented migrant, recently incarcerated etc) and I will get back to you. If all of these appointments are taken, I can place you on the waitlist.

  • Medicare Funding

Medicare rebates are available if you have been referred with a mental health treatment plan from your general practitioner (GP). You need to obtain this before the appointment as they can only be claimed from the date of referral.

Claims can be made manually via Medicare Online, automatically via Halaxy or via HiCAPS payment in person. As of July 2025, the current Medicare rebate is $87.25 per individual session with a total of 10 Medicare funded sessions per calendar year.
